The Gift of Aloneness

The gift of Aloneness,
To take refuge within the heart
Drawn in by the magnetism
Of the ache of longing
Yearning to unfold itself
Into the remembrance of belonging
Unto the infinite One
Dive fearlessly and endlessly
Into the mystical darkness
To discover the jewel of the Self
Strung, glistening, luminous
Upon the Sacred Thread
Shining with Truth and Love
That once uncovered
Ever reveals itself
Widening the embrace
Of the Light of Loving awareness
Reaching out to collect
The rejected fragments
Of our fragile humanity
Until every heart
Is broken so open
It knows only the vastness
Of the Love it is made of
And finds no walls
between any other heart.
