Practice with Mischa: Live Zoom Class
Join me for a sweet, deep and rounded practice on Zoom this Friday morning.
We will gather through the online space and begin our day with 75 minutes dedicated to embodied practice and prayer. We will chant mantras, practice cleansing pranayama and move our body with intention, loving kindness and devotion.
Our intention, to ‘Source Calm’ within the flow and movement of our practice, and lives. We will move methodically, with devotion, through a challenging and expansive class. It will be an exploration to both ground our energy and finding our centre, whilst cultivating curiosity and presence to the movement within and around us.
