Mischa and Jemima invite you to spend a day of Yoga in Jemima's temple garden in Bushey Hill Road, Peckham, South East London.
Jemima and Mischa will lead an asana, pranayama and meditation session between them, classes will be accompanied by live sitar music from the beautiful Sam, enjoy a delicious Indian brunch by Phoebe, bask in a reiki healing bath held by Mischa and Henri and Phoebe, and embrace the magic of kirtan with the help of Mischa's harmonium. Please feel free to bring shakers and drums if you have them!
