"In out-of-the-way places of the heart, Where your thoughts never think to wander, This beginning has been quietly forming, Waiting until you were ready to emerge….”

Join me for a 2 hour Rasa Yoga workshop where we will explore asana, breath, alignment, mudras mantra and intention. Our intention (sankalpa) is our deepest hearts longing and when we listen in and anchor ourselves in this truth, aligning ourselves again and again with our deepest core values and inner yearning, we start to embody the way of the heart.
Yoga is the way of the heart and can help us to dissolve the barriers and hard exterior layers that inhibit the flow of love and freedom that is our innate essence. With breath and movement we will rediscover our body from a deep feeling space, moving from the heart and making it all an offering to the highest intention.
In this workshop we will craft our own personal sankalpa, work through a deep and fluid asana practice to open our bodies into safe and strong backbends, discover mudras, including Hamsa Mudra, and chant mantras and spirit songs to unlock joy from deep within.
