Into the Sacred: A Himalayan Retreat

This November we return to the breathtaking foothills of Himachal Pradesh for an 8-night immersive yoga retreat in a serene and soulful retreat center, where nature, silence, and sacred traditions weave together a deeply nourishing experience. Nestled amidst forests and overlooking the vast Himalayan landscape, this hidden sanctuary offers the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and attune to the rhythm of the mountains.

Our days will flow through inspired and intentional yoga practices, therapeutic movement, and contemplative rituals that honor the sacred feminine, the wisdom of nature, and the timeless traditions of yoga. You will be guided through a blend of creative Hatha and slow flow practices, yoga with props and therapeutics, mantra and breathwork, and deeply restorative sessions.

We will also journey beyond the mat—walking ancient temple paths, participating in sacred fire ceremonies, and soaking in the untamed beauty of the Himalayas. Evenings will invite rest and integration, with storytelling, philosophy, and space for personal reflection.
